About The Position
Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is looking for Dental Hygienists to join our Flex Force internal temp pool. Flex Force offers the flexibility to work when it fits your schedule while staying connected to a supportive, patient-focused organization. This is an ideal option for hygienists who desire more control over their work hours without committing to a permanent full- or part-time schedule. Flex Force provides W-2 employment with no commitment required, allowing you to pick up shifts as you are available. There are no guaranteed hours, but you can choose which available shifts work for you. This role offers access to opportunities across participating GEDC offices, the chance to work in supportive, team-focused practices, and gain exposure to different offices and teams. The position emphasizes a patient-centered culture where the hygiene role is valued and respected, utilizing modern technology to support efficient, quality patient care.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Current dental hygiene license, or license-eligible, in the state where you wish to work
- Patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to different office environments and teams
- Reliable and professional approach to patient care
Responsibilities
