About The Position
Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is looking for Dental Hygienists to join our Flex Force internal temp pool. Flex Force offers the flexibility to work when it fits your schedule while staying connected to a supportive, patient-focused organization. This is an ideal option for hygienists who desire more control over their work hours without committing to a permanent full- or part-time schedule. Flex Force puts you in control of your schedule. When GEDC offices need temporary hygiene coverage, available shifts are shared with our Flex Force hygienists, allowing you to choose shifts that align with your availability. There is no requirement to commit to a specific number of hours or shifts, and no guaranteed hours. Whether you aim to pick up occasional shifts, supplement your current schedule, or maintain flexibility while exploring future options, Flex Force provides diverse choices. At Great Expressions, we believe dental hygiene should prioritize patient care, clinical quality, and ethical treatment. Our teams are encouraged to act in the best interest of the patient, fostering a supportive environment where hygienists are valued, respected, and empowered to practice at their full potential.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Current dental hygiene license, or license-eligible, in the state where you wish to work
- Patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to different office environments and teams
- Reliable and professional approach to patient care
