About The Position

Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is looking for Dental Hygienists to join our Flex Force internal temp pool. Flex Force offers the flexibility to work when it fits your schedule while staying connected to a supportive, patient-focused organization. This is an ideal option for hygienists who desire more control over their work hours without committing to a permanent full- or part-time schedule. Flex Force hygienists can pick up shifts when they are available, with no commitment or guaranteed hours required. This program provides access to opportunities across participating GEDC offices, allowing hygienists to work in supportive, team-focused practices, gain exposure to different offices and teams, and experience a patient-centered culture where the hygiene role is valued and respected, supported by modern technology.

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Current dental hygiene license, or license-eligible, in the state where you wish to work.
• Patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to different office environments and teams.
• Reliable and professional approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Pick up shifts when available.
• Provide temporary hygiene coverage as needed by GEDC offices.
• Adapt to different office environments and teams.
• Deliver patient-focused care and maintain clinical quality.
• Work collaboratively with dental teams.
