Requirements

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
• Provide oral health education for patients.
• Partner with the dental team to develop and execute personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive measures to improve long-term oral health.
• Ensure patient comfort and build lasting, trust-based relationships, especially with underserved and vulnerable populations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support overall patient care coordination.
