Dental Hygienist - Full Time
About The Position
Life Long Dental Care in Northford, Connecticut, is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality patient care. This is a full-time position with an hourly starting rate of $50 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation also includes an opportunity to earn a performance bonus through the Healthy Hygiene Program, which ties incentives to production and clinical excellence. The schedule is Monday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Tuesday 10 a.m.–7 p.m. (required), Wednesday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Thursday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m.–4 p.m. The practice is partnered with North American Dental Group (NADG), whose Healthy Hygiene Lifestyle programs offer professional development and opportunities to connect with other hygienists. Hygiene Infusion is a 12-week career growth and development program that rewards 16 continuing education credits. Hygiene Hub connects hygienists with a network of more than 450 peers.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Dental Hygienist.
- Must be available for the Tuesday 10 a.m.–7 p.m. shift.
