About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered oral health care while serving as a clinical partner to the doctor. The hygienist has autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients without being rushed. The role supports nearby offices and combines the resources and technology of a national network with the local culture of independently owned practices.

The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. Hygienists work in a modern clinical environment with structured two-week onboarding, hands-on training, digital workflows, and mentorship and clinical support from the Hygiene Support Team. Schedules are designed for approximately 5–7 patients per day, allowing time for thorough assessments, patient education, and meaningful care. Ongoing learning and career development are available through TAG University and its in-person and virtual programs.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
• Maintain a valid, non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance, or be eligible for coverage under the employer’s fleet insurance program when assigned a company fleet vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations.
• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage schedules and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
• Assess patients’ oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and provide patient education.
