Requirements
- 1+ years of dental or medical front-desk experience preferred.
- Experience with Denticon (or similar dental practice management software like Dentrix/Eaglesoft) is highly advantageous.
- Basic understanding of dental insurance verification, PPO breakdowns, and co-pay collection.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a strong plus.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to keep a calm, empathetic composure in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome patients, manage intake forms, minimize wait times, and collect co-pays/balances at checkout.
- Answer incoming calls, return missed calls promptly, and strategically schedule/confirm appointments in Denticon to keep our 5 operatories running smoothly.
- Perform proactive insurance coverage checks, verify benefits, and enter clean patient data into Denticon.
- Reach out regarding unscheduled treatment plans and ensure post-appointment care follow-through.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, prepare daily patient charts, and participate actively in morning huddles to hit daily practice goals.
