About The Position
Elevate Your Career with Flagstaff Smiles! This is a full-time position for a Dental Front Office Receptionist at Flagstaff Smiles, located in Flagstaff, AZ. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday mornings from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The compensation is $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, plus a monthly team performance bonus. While dental experience is a plus, it is not required as training will be provided. At Flagstaff Smiles, we prioritize an upbeat, supportive team culture and exceptional patient care. The office is conveniently located on University Avenue with a fun, close-knit team environment.
Requirements
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or office receptionist background preferred.
- Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting patients upon arrival and managing a seamless check-in process.
- Answering incoming phone calls, confirming appointments, and managing the scheduling calendar.
- Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with chart preparation for upcoming patient visits.
- Delivering a 5-star customer service experience that puts patients at ease from the moment they step into our office.
