About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a dependable, mission-driven Dental/Clinical Assistant to support dental care services in an outpatient clinic-based environment across Montrose, Eckert, and Grand Junction, Colorado. The position serves senior populations and works as an extension of the clinical team in a coordinated, community-focused setting. The role is primarily dental-focused, with cross-training to support audiology, optometry, and podiatry visits. The work takes place in community-based outpatient clinics with on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling, predictable patient flow, and team-based care. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics so the care team can focus on patient care. This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment; the approach emphasizes quality over volume, consistent scheduling, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery. The schedule is 4–5 weekdays per week, typically 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with no nights or weekends. Compensation is $25 per hour plus mileage reimbursement. The position is W2 and part-time.

Requirements

Dental Assistant experience is required.
Certification or registration is required if applicable in Colorado.
Strong organizational and patient communication skills.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
Support patient intake, charting, and documentation.
Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team.
Provide cross-trained support for audiology, optometry, and podiatry visits; training is provided.
Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability.
