About The Position

Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice that brings care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across Florida. The Dental Assistant leads the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and plays a hands-on role in delivering care. The role serves patients throughout the greater West Florida area, including Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dental assistant experience.
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Be at least 25 years old.
• Comfort working in patients' homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures.
• Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization.
• Educate patients and their families on care and next steps.
• Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule.
