About The Position

Platinum Dental is seeking a motivated, dependable part-time Dental Assistant to support its clinical team and provide patients with a comfortable, positive experience. The role involves assisting dentists during procedures, preparing treatment rooms and instruments, taking dental X-rays, following sterilization and safety protocols, maintaining patient records, and supporting efficient clinical workflows. The position offers opportunities to develop skills and pursue long-term career growth in a collaborative, supportive workplace.

Schedule: Mondays 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Wednesdays 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Saturdays 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Previous dental assisting experience.
• Current dental X-ray certification, as required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.

• Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support efficient clinical workflows.
• Work closely with the dental team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
