About The Position

Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice that brings care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings. The Dental Assistant leads the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and plays a hands-on role in delivering care to patients throughout the greater Florida area. The role offers compensation of $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience, plus incentive pay tied to team growth and equity. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dental assistant experience.
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be age 25 or older.
• Comfort working in patients' homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures.
• Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization.
• Educate patients and their families on care and next steps.
• Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule.
