About The Position
We're opening a brand-new dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care-all under one roof. We're looking for a Dental Assistant who is excited to be part of a growing team and help create a positive, efficient clinical environment from day one. This isn't just another Dental Assistant position-you'll be part of the founding team helping build workflows, team culture, and patient experience from the ground up. You'll work in a modern, collaborative environment where your role is valued and your contributions make a real impact.
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures and instruments
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excitement for helping launch and grow a new office
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
- Prepare and break down operatories for patient care
- Take digital X-rays and assist with charting
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Ensure instruments and supplies are organized and stocked
- Support patient flow to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Assist with lab case organization and tracking as needed
- Deliver a welcoming, high-quality patient experience
