About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for a well-established private family practice in Everett. The role supports patient care and dental procedures while contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture. The practice is led by a doctor and focuses on delivering quality care to patients and team members. English and Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
- Active CPR certification.
- Available Monday through Friday during practice hours.

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for procedures.
- Welcome, comfort, and assist patients throughout their visit.
- Pour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorations.
- Educate patients by answering questions and providing clear instructions.
- Clean and polish removable appliances.
- Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures by preparing setups, suctioning, and passing instruments.
- Accurately document dental care services in patient records.
- Capture high-quality intraoral photographs.
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
