About The Position
A Dental Assistant supports Dentists by preparing patients and equipment for clinical procedures and assisting during examinations and treatments. Under the supervision of a licensed Dentist, the Dental Assistant performs clinical and technical tasks that help ensure efficient, safe, and comfortable care. Attentiveness to patient comfort and safety, professionalism, and teamwork help create a positive experience for patients and the dental team. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no late evenings or weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred).
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental, or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and equipment for clinical procedures.
- Assist Dentists during examinations and treatments.
- Perform clinical and technical tasks under the supervision of a licensed Dentist.
