About The Position
The Dental Assistant will support the doctor during dental procedures and help provide excellent patient care. Duties include taking digital dental X-rays, preparing treatment rooms, taking alginate impressions, and polishing. The role seeks an organized, team-oriented person with a positive attitude and the required experience with digital X-rays and alginate impressions. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday and every other Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. Compensation is listed as $25–$30 per hour based on experience; the benefits section separately lists $25–$28 per hour based on experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a dental assistant.
- Ability to take digital dental X-rays.
- Ability to take alginate impressions.
- Ability to perform polishing.
