About The Position
A Dental Assistant supports Dentists by preparing patients and equipment for clinical procedures and assisting during examinations and treatments. Under the supervision of a licensed Dentist, the role performs clinical and technical tasks to help ensure care is efficient, safe, and comfortable. The Dental Assistant contributes to a positive patient experience through attentiveness to patient comfort and safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred).
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental, or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and equipment for clinical procedures.
- Assist Dentists during examinations and treatments.
- Perform clinical and technical tasks under the supervision of a licensed Dentist.
