About The Position

Dental Dreams LLC is hiring a Dental Assistant in Lansing, Michigan. The role supports dental healthcare operations by assisting dentists, operating oral radiology equipment, and maintaining clean and sterilized tools and operatories. The Dental Assistant also supports patient service by explaining treatment plans, addressing patients’ concerns, acknowledging their questions, and ensuring quality service. The employer welcomes certified and licensed Dental Assistants, Oral Radiology Technicians, entry-level applicants, recent graduates, and people currently enrolled in a Dental Assistant program. Compensation is up to $21 per hour for candidates with Dental Assistant experience. Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Dental Assistant experience is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
• Certified and licensed Dental Assistants or Oral Radiology Technicians are welcome.
• Entry-level Dental Assistants, recent graduates, and people currently in a Dental Assistant program are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address patients’ concerns regarding treatment plans.
• Acknowledge patients’ questions or concerns and provide engaging service.
• Ensure quality service is provided.
