About The Position

Dental Dreams LLC is hiring a Dental Assistant in Lansing, Michigan. The role supports dental healthcare operations by providing chairside assistance to dentists, operating oral radiology equipment, and maintaining clean and sterilized tools and operatories. Dental Assistants also help patients understand treatment plans, address their concerns, and provide attentive, high-quality service. The employer welcomes experienced certified and licensed Dental Assistants or Oral Radiology Technicians, as well as entry-level applicants, recent graduates, and people currently enrolled in a Dental Assistant program. Opportunities for advancement include Lead Dental Assistant and Lead Regional Trainer.

• Previous Dental Assistant experience is preferred.
