Dental Assistant, Certified/Registered
About The Position
Northwest Kids Dental is seeking a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Dental Assistant to provide outstanding care to children and their caregivers in a team-oriented pediatric dental practice. The role focuses on helping patients feel comfortable, supporting caregivers and doctors, and creating a fun, engaging, and positive dental experience. The position is full-time, at 30 or more hours per week, with 8-hour daytime shifts and no nights. Experience is preferred, but the employer is willing to train the right person. State licensure or certification may be required depending on location.
Requirements
- A dependable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
- A passion for working with children and creating a positive patient experience.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate, who may be trained.
- X-ray, CDA, RDA, EFDA, or EDDA certification, or coronal polisher qualification.
- State licensure or certification may be required depending on location.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Denticon software.
- Graduation from a dental assisting school.
