About The Position

West 10th Dental is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to support patient care in a friendly, respectful, and team-oriented practice. The role focuses on preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing and delivering instruments, assisting the dentist during treatment, and completing clinical notes before patients are dismissed. Requirements

• CPR and X-ray certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Successfully pass a background check, including a drug screen, as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room for patients.
• Sterilize and deliver instruments to the treatment area.
• Position instruments for the dentist’s access, suction, and pass instruments.
• Complete clinical notes before dismissing patients.
