Requirements

• 1–2 years of Dental Assisting experience required.
• Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with coworkers and patients.
• A driven personality and a commitment to professional excellence and providing the best care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure necessary equipment is ready for dentists.
• Use knowledge of general mouth anatomy and dental terminology.
• Understand crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and implants.
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs.
• Take and process patient X-rays.
• Perform laboratory tasks as instructed.
• Greet patients and schedule appointments.
• Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.
• Communicate oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
• Handle general administrative duties and other tasks to maintain the dental practice.
