About The Position

Pony Express - Saratoga Springs is hiring a Dental Assistant to provide hands-on patient care in a warm, welcoming, patient-centered environment. The assistant supports the doctor during procedures, helps prepare the operatory, and contributes to a calm, comfortable experience for patients. The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, communication, and team growth.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:40 to 5:00 and Friday from 7:40 to 2:00. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. New hires must pass a full-panel drug screening as a condition of employment.

Requirements

• Dental Assisting certificate or experience.
• X-ray certification.
• CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the doctor chairside during procedures.
• Take radiographs and assist with impressions.
• Set up operatory equipment.
• Provide a calm and comfortable environment for patients.
