About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You will contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position scheduled for 20 hours at the Saratoga Springs Branch in Saratoga Springs, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including the use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs, and other self-service options.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
