About The Position

Dental365 is hiring a Dental Assistant for Aesthetic Dentistry of Wickford in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. The role supports dentists in delivering compassionate patient care in a modern practice environment, helping patients feel comfortable while building confidence in their dental care. The practice emphasizes health over sales and fosters a supportive culture without production quotas. The stated schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The salary range is $24–$26 per hour. Benefits are available at full-time employment of 30 or more hours weekly, with some benefits also available to part-time employees.

Requirements

At least 2 years of prior dental assisting experience.
Any certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.
A resume demonstrating a consistent and stable employment history.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visits.
Support the dentist with various procedures.
Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection-control requirements.
Sanitize and prepare operatories for treatments.
Follow OSHA and safety policies to maintain a secure and healthy environment.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
Perform other office tasks as needed to support practice operations.
