Requirements

• Current CPR certification.
• Ohio Radiology Certification.

• Coronal polishing certification.
• Sealant certification.
• Nitrous monitoring experience or certification.

Responsibilities

• Work chairside with dentists to support high-quality patient care.
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Assist with procedures, including impressions, extractions, and fillings.
• Educate patients and parents about oral hygiene, including brushing, flossing, and nutrition.
• Review medical histories, take vital signs such as blood pressure and pulse, and update records.
• Help children feel comfortable and confident before, during, and after treatment.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients and families.
