About The Position
A Dental Assistant supports Dentists by preparing patients and equipment for clinical procedures and assisting during examinations and treatments. Under the supervision of a licensed Dentist, the Dental Assistant performs clinical and technical tasks to help ensure efficient, safe, and comfortable care. The role requires attentiveness to patient comfort and safety, professionalism, and teamwork to create a positive experience for patients and the dental team. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no late evenings or weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred).
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental, or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and equipment for clinical procedures.
- Assist Dentists during examinations and treatments.
- Perform clinical and technical tasks under the supervision of a licensed Dentist.
- Help ensure patient care is efficient, safe, and comfortable.
- Support patient comfort and safety while working professionally and collaboratively with the dental team.
