Grasslands Dental Care, led by Dr. Sunny Sangha, is a full-service dental practice offering comprehensive care including general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, laser treatments, professional cleanings, checkups, fillings, and restorations. Thompson River Dental is a well-established clinic in Kamloops providing high-quality general and preventative dental care in a patient-focused environment. The team is committed to creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for patients while maintaining strong clinical standards and efficient care delivery. We are currently seeking a new team member to support both Grasslands Dental Care and Thompson River Dental in Kamloops. The ideal candidate will play an important role across both locations, contributing to a consistent, high-quality patient experience and supporting day-to-day clinic operations. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
