About The Position

Sureify is seeking a scrappy, creative, and highly motivated Pre-Sales Demo Engineer to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting the pre-sales team by building, maintaining, and upgrading the demo environments used daily. While initially internal-facing, this position is designed as a launchpad for career growth, offering direct mentorship towards becoming a customer-facing Technical Solution Consultant or Sales Engineer within 12 to 24 months. The ideal candidate will possess a "figure-it-out" mentality, strong communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

  • Native or highly fluent English (for customer-facing trajectory).
  • Creative problem-solving skills to make demos look great and function flawlessly.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript (frontend and backend) and APIs.
  • Comfortable manipulating data streams, tweaking frontend components, and connecting systems.
  • Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Ability to understand business value behind technology and communicate effectively with internal sales teams.
  • Adaptable and scrappy, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot core sales demo environments to ensure they are always pitch-ready and running on the latest product releases.
  • Act as the first line of defense for technical issues or breakages within demo environments.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Technical Solution Consultant to build custom Proof of Concepts (POCs) and execute backend technical tasks for complex deals.
  • Populate and manage realistic, compelling data sets within demo environments to resonate with prospects' business use cases.
