About The Position
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Dementia Care CNAs to join our team in Cary, NC and surrounding areas. This role involves providing knowledgeable and compassionate care to clients with all levels of needs, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. You will also provide mobility assistance and medication reminders. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with dementia.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of dementia care experience.
- Must be able to commit to Monday–Friday shifts and every other weekend.
- Active NC CNA Certification
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current TB Test within the last 9 months
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
Responsibilities
- Providing knowledgeable and compassionate care to clients with all levels of needs to include bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Mobility assistance with standby assistance, walers, wheelchairs, etc.
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
