About The Position
We are seeking knowledgeable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with specialized experience in dementia care to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role involves providing direct care to clients with varying needs, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The schedule includes Monday-Friday shifts and every other weekend.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of dementia care experience.
- Must be able to commit to Monday–Friday shifts and every other weekend.
- Active NC CNA Certification
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current TB Test within the last 9 months
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
Responsibilities
- Providing knowledgeable and compassionate care to clients with all levels of needs to include bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Mobility assistance with standby assistance, walers, wheelchairs, etc.
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
