About The Position

Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment. These positions involve providing personal hands-on care to our clients to include bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance and medication reminders. Maintain a safe, healthy environment for our clients.

Requirements

• NC CNA Certification
• Current TB Test
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Auto Insurance
• Reliable transportation to and from their shift location
• Ability to get to their assigned shift on time, every time
• Respectful demeanor, introduces themselves to the client with a smile and an attitude of compassion, able to listen to the client with the idea of wanting to help clients with their needs, and not making the shift about the caregiver but having all attention on the client.

Responsibilities

• Providing knowledgeable and compassionate care to clients with all levels of needs to include bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility assistance with standby assistance, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment for our clients.
