About The Position
This position is for Dementia Care CNAs in Raleigh, NC, requiring significant dementia care experience. The role involves providing knowledgeable and compassionate care to clients with varying levels of needs, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility (using aids like walkers and wheelchairs), meal preparation, and medication reminders. The company offers competitive weekly pay, a 401(k) option, paid orientation, telehealth medical insurance, and a referral bonus program. Candidates must have at least 3 years of dementia care experience, an active NC CNA Certification, a High School Diploma/GED, a current TB Test, BLS Certification, and a valid Driver’s License with auto insurance. The schedule requires commitment to Monday–Friday shifts and every other weekend. The job involves physical demands such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs, and moving intermittently.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of dementia care experience.
- Must be able to commit to Monday–Friday shifts and every other weekend.
- Active NC CNA Certification
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current TB Test within the last 9 months
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
Responsibilities
