About The Position

The Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Finance Division at Amplēo is the marketing owner for the Finance/CFO division, accountable for turning strategy into qualified pipeline across a shared cross-functional pod. The role is built around cross-functional leadership and execution to fuel growth, with direct ownership of the number, the plan, the budget, and the reporting cadence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least one role where MQL or pipeline performance was directly your responsibility.
  • Strong HubSpot experience, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and attribution reporting.
  • Proven ability to operate in cross-functional environments and align stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear campaign briefs and launch memos.
  • Metrics discipline and comfort discussing what is and is not working without dressing up the data.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly MQL target tied to the division revenue plan, adjust the plan when performance slips, and report results weekly.
  • Build and manage a 90-day rolling marketing plan covering ICP, positioning, channel mix, campaign calendar, and budget allocation.
  • Direct campaign execution end-to-end across web, creative, content, demand gen, and business development resources.
  • Manage marketing and BD spend, defend budget decisions with performance data, and optimize for ROI.
  • Monitor and present core metrics including MQL volume, MQL to SQL conversion, CPL, CAC, and channel ROI.
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for division leadership through weekly syncs and monthly business reviews.
