Demand Generation Manager

Operto Guest TechnologiesVancouver, BC
CA$80,000 - CA$105,000Hybrid

About The Position

Operto helps hospitality teams deliver seamless guest stays, run more connected operations, and capture more of the value behind every stay. Built on smart access, in-unit controls, and connected devices, Operto connects the systems, workflows, and teams behind the scenes bridging the physical and operational layers of hospitality. From guest access and in-stay experience to task management and team coordination, we help operators reduce friction, stay aligned, and operate more efficiently at scale. We’re designed to work with the tools that are already in use, acting as a flexible layer that connects various tech stack rather than replacing it giving operators more visibility, control, and consistency across the guest journey. Now, we’re building on that foundation. With Operto ONE, we’re introducing new ways to support operations through intelligent automation helping teams respond faster, reduce manual work, and strengthen direct control over the guest experience and the revenue behind it. As hospitality evolves, our focus remains the same: simpler operations, better coordination, and helping operators deliver great stays while keeping more of what they earn.
