About The Position

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated demand generation programs that drive awareness, pipeline creation, and revenue growth across enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to develop and optimize campaigns across digital, field, partner, and account-based channels. This role requires equal parts creativity, execution, analytics, and experimentation. The ideal candidate has experience generating pipelines for high-growth B2B SaaS organizations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for using data and AI to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign experience in Enterprise AI or B2B SaaS, with a track record of measurable pipeline growth.
  • You use AI in your daily work as an accelerant. Claude Code, Clay, and other automation platforms enable you to execute the work of a team as an individual.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing and enterprise demand generation strategies.
  • Strong command of a modern enterprise GTM stack. Ours includes HubSpot, Clay, Monaco, n8n, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, and Claude.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO. You understand how AI answer engines select and cite content, and you have opinions about how to win in them.
  • Strong analytical skills. You translate data into action and you are capable of telling stories and influencing strategy based on the numbers.
  • Excellent written communication. You write in a tone that resonates with enterprise engineering executives and buyers. You leverage AI to accelerate copy creation and testing.
  • You can run multiple programs at once and are constantly iterating to drive better results.
  • Real curiosity about AI and a desire to be on the frontier from a marketing organization perspective, paired with the willingness to test, break, and rebuild.
  • You are always pushing boundaries. You run experiments with real measurement to find new and innovative ways to reach our buyers, and you let the results decide what scales.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run AI-native demand programs
  • Execute integrated demand generation programs across digital, field, partner, and account-based channels that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue across enterprise accounts.
  • Build agentic and automated workflows with tools like n8n, Clay, and Claude that run campaigns, enrich and score accounts, and personalize outreach at scale without manual lift.
  • Stand up your own internal tools. Use Claude Code and similar agentic tools to build landing pages, attribution scripts, reporting dashboards, and automations instead of waiting in a queue.
  • Continuously test messaging, audiences, channels, and offers. Ship fast, read the data, and kill what does not work.
  • Own SEO, AEO, and AI search visibility
  • Own Blitzy's presence inside AI answer engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot.
  • Build answer-first content, structured data, and entity consistency so AI systems select and cite Blitzy when buyers ask about autonomous software development.
  • Work with DevRel and content marketing to ensure cohesive AEO/GEO/SEO across all marketing channels.
  • Track AI visibility metrics including citations, brand mentions, and share of voice across answer engines, and run programs to grow them.
  • Seed the third-party validation, reviews, and mentions that answer engines pull from when they describe and recommend vendors.
  • Drive website optimization and SEO alongside emerging AI search visibility strategies to grow qualified traffic and engagement.
  • Run the modern channel mix
  • Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including webinars, executive events, account-based marketing, paid media, email, content syndication, partner campaigns, customer advocacy, and field marketing.
  • Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, and retargeting across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, with AI handling real-time creative testing and budget reallocation.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content to build high-performing landing pages and conversion assets, and use AI to produce them at volume without dropping the quality bar.
  • Measure everything
  • Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution across the full funnel.
  • Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve attribution, reporting, lead routing, and funnel performance.
  • Stay on the frontier
  • Evaluate and test new AI models, tools, and channels every week.
  • Constantly push the boundaries of how we reach enterprise buyers. Run real experiments with clean measurement to find new, innovative channels and plays before competitors do.
  • Develop scalable processes and reusable systems that compound over time.
  • Support product launches, strategic campaigns, industry events, and executive programs that drive pipeline.
