About The Position

At the same time, MoxiWorks is bringing RISE to ANZ—an AI-powered platform designed to help agents prioritize the right opportunities, take the right actions, and grow their business more effectively. As the Demand Generation Manager for ANZ, you'll be at the center of both stories: Accelerating growth for an established market leader, Helping launch and scale an exciting AI platform in a new market, Driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact, Becoming a key voice in our regional go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of creating marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, webinars, events, content marketing, and digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and revenue leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to Australian and New Zealand audiences.
  • Experience within PropTech, Real Estate Technology, or the broader real estate industry.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) expertise.
  • Familiarity with intent data, lead scoring, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the demand generation strategy for Australia and New Zealand, creating programs that generate awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue.
  • Create integrated campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn, paid media, webinars, nurture programs, content syndication, account-based marketing, and events.
  • Work with the ANZ sales team to align on pipeline goals, optimize lead flow, and ensure marketing programs are driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Own the regional event strategy, partnering with the Events team to create experiences that generate meaningful connections and pipeline.
  • Help shape positioning, messaging, launches, and market expansion initiatives in collaboration with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership.
  • Continuously optimize programs and improve results using data and insights from campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
