About The Position

Skedda is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead the experiential aspects of their demand generation efforts, including events, webinars, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and gifting programs. This role is a key part of the Workplace Marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Marketing and Outbound Sales, combining creative event planning with a focus on pipeline generation. The goal is to create memorable programs that drive engagement and secure meetings, from exclusive event experiences to impactful webinars and unique gifts.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, event marketing, field marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proven track record of contributing to pipeline generation.
  • Creative and results-focused marketing approach.
  • Direct experience planning and executing events and/or webinars, including budget management, timeline adherence, and end-to-end coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Data-confident marketer capable of analyzing results and collaborating with RevOps on reporting pipeline and revenue contributions.
  • Team player with a collaborative and low-ego attitude, energized by problem-solving and idea sharing.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of intent platforms such as Common Room.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the experiential events program, focusing on strategic, small-scale events like suite bookings at sporting events. This includes strategy, venue booking, day-of execution, and supporting Outbound Sales with list building, invitations, and follow-up.
  • Oversee the demand generation for the webinar program, covering promotion, registration, outbound team support, and reporting. Collaborate with Product Marketing for product-focused webinars and Content Marketing for thought leadership webinars.
  • Execute creative gifting campaigns to build brand awareness and generate pipeline, aiming for unexpected and delightful gifts that leave a lasting impression.
  • Partner with the Outbound team on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, including account selection, personalized outreach, and developing campaigns around intent signals for in-market ICP accounts.
  • Potentially contribute to other marketing areas like SEO/GEO, paid ads, or lifecycle marketing, depending on individual strengths and role flexibility.
