Demand Generation Lead

PreVeil IncBoston, MA
$140,000 - $150,000Hybrid

About The Position

PreVeil is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own our paid program and the demand programs that surround it. You’ll manage 7-figures in annual program spend across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Paid Affiliates, Paid Newsletters, and whatever channel earns its place next. Run it like a portfolio manager: every dollar is a position, every campaign has a thesis, and you’re constantly reallocating dollars to their most efficient use. You’ll know your cost per opportunity by channel, segment, and campaign, and when the numbers turn against a campaign you pushed for, you’ll be the one to shut it off. This is a hands-on individual contributor role on a lean team empowered to run your own. You’ll start by working with existing consultants, but you will eventually bring it in-house to own the strategy, execution, and goals. You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have a team of top-tier marketers behind you: a Head of Content & Web for website and landing page experiences, Product Marketing for positioning and proof points & RevOps to assist on AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years running paid search and paid social for B2B or SaaS company, or at an agency
  • Hands-on ownership of a meaningful budget with a track record tying paid spend to pipeline and revenue, not just leads and clicks
  • Deeply analytical & rigorous about testing.
  • Lead with AI. It’s a production tool for you, not occasional ChatGPT prompts.
  • Fluent in the platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube, Reddit, etc
  • Metrics-driven. You set clear KPIs, know which ones actually matter, and communicate wins and losses honestly
  • Good human. You build trust quickly across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, CS, and the Executive team
  • Intellectually curious
  • Gritty and self-sufficient
  • Sharp eye for creative

Nice To Haves

  • Background in a technical or regulated field is preferred
  • Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Nooks, Claude is helpful, but the ability to learn any tool quickly matters more.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Existing Channels: Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing). Keyword expansion and pruning, match type and bid strategy, negative keyword hygiene, ad copy and extension testing, competitor and category coverage.
  • Paid Social (LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube). Audience building and layering, new ad formats as platforms release them, creative refresh cycles before fatigue sets in, and offer testing against each stage of the funnel.
  • Paid Programs (Affiliates, Newsletters, Trade Networks). Partner selection, placement negotiation, offer and creative development, and honest measurement of what each program actually returns.
  • Underneath all of it is a running A/B testing calendar: ad copy, creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
  • Test New Channels: Find places where the target audience spends time (trade publications, industry newsletters, communities, podcasts, and events), get PreVeil in front of them, and structure each test with a budget, a hypothesis, and a kill criterion.
  • Build the AI Workflows Behind the Program: Building workflows that cover the program, starting from a foundation like PreVeil's AI Context Lake. Examples include search term mining & negative keyword automation, creative and copy generation at volume, and self-assembling reporting.
  • Share What You Learn: Bring insights about messaging, targeting, and segment response from paid channels back to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and RevOps, and pull their frontline insight into campaigns.

Benefits

  • 7-figure budget & autonomy
  • Category authority in a high-urgency market.
  • Profitable company, strong growth.
