About The Position

WorkWhile is seeking its first Demand Gen Marketer to significantly boost its top-of-funnel lead generation efforts. This role is crucial for scaling pipeline to support the company's hypergrowth phase. The ideal candidate will leverage AI productivity and automation tools to execute, test, and scale campaigns, moving beyond traditional marketing playbooks. This position requires a strong bias for action, the ability to transform innovative ideas into tangible results, and a keen focus on tracking pipeline ROI. The Demand Gen Marketer will report to the Head of Marketing (B2B) and collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Data Science teams to ensure campaign success translates into revenue. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of the demand generation domain, offering a unique chance to influence WorkWhile's demand gen strategy from its inception during a period of significant growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B demand generation or a similar role (startup or fast-paced environment a big plus).
  • Track record of planning and executing campaigns across channels that drive measurable growth.
  • Ability to plan campaign strategy and execute the details.
  • Comfortable brainstorming high-level marketing plans and writing campaign copy.
  • Proficiency in analyzing funnel metrics to understand campaign performance.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams.
  • Hands-on proficiency with web analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce for analysis and attribution.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Nooks.
  • Proven track record of using modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Jasper, Clay, or similar tools) to automate repetitive tasks and scale creative output.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create pain-driven, high-converting copy.
  • Comfortable using design tools like Canva or Figma.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Strong understanding of deadlines, details, and project plans.
  • Ability to take ownership of goals without needing a ton of supervision.

  • Making AI-generated content not seem obviously AI.

  • Generate qualified leads and rapidly scale pipeline to fuel hypergrowth.
  • Actively leverage AI productivity and automation tools to execute, test, and scale campaigns.

  • Analyze funnel metrics to understand campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure sales-marketing alignment.
  • Utilize web analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce for analysis and attribution.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and scale creative output using AI tools.
  • Create pain-driven, high-converting copy based on customer insights.
  • Develop on-brand assets for campaigns and social media using design tools.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and take ownership of goals with minimal supervision.
