About The Position

WorkWhile is looking for its first Demand Gen Marketer to enhance its top-of-funnel engine. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads and scaling pipeline to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will leverage AI productivity and automation tools for campaign execution, testing, and scaling. This position requires a strong bias for action, the ability to transform ideas into reality, and a focus on tracking pipeline ROI. The Demand Gen Marketer will report to the Head of Marketing (B2B) and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Data Science teams. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership, offering a chance to directly impact growth and shape the demand generation strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B demand generation or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing campaigns across channels that drive measurable growth.
  • Ability to plan campaign strategy and execute details.
  • Comfortable brainstorming marketing plans and writing campaign copy.
  • Proficiency in analyzing funnel metrics and understanding campaign performance.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, AMs, SDRs, and Product teams.
  • Hands-on proficiency with web analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce for analysis and attribution.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Nooks.
  • Proficiency in using modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Jasper, Clay, or similar) for automation and scaling creative output.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create pain-driven, high-converting copy.
  • Comfortable using design tools like Canva or Figma.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Nooks.
  • Ability to make AI-generated content seem natural and not obviously AI-generated.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads and scale pipeline to fuel hypergrowth.
  • Execute, test, and scale campaigns using AI productivity and automation tools.
  • Analyze funnel metrics to understand campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Data Science teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies.
  • Write copy for campaigns and create on-brand assets for campaigns and social media.
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take ownership of goals with minimal supervision.
