About The Position

The Delivery Specialist safely, accurately, and promptly delivers products to retail locations throughout an assigned service area. This physically demanding role involves driving a commercial delivery vehicle in varied traffic and weather conditions, handling freight, and representing Cirona Labs professionally at each stop. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, physically fit, and comfortable spending most of the workday driving and handling freight. The position is based in Long Island City, NY, pays $20.00–$23.00 per hour, and follows a schedule of 7 a.m. until done.

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to repeatedly climb in and out of a commercial delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and physically fit; comfortable spending most of the workday driving and handling freight.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle, such as a box truck or van, for multiple stops per day along the assigned route while following traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Complete documented pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections each shift and immediately report mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns to the Distribution Supervisor.
• Load, secure, and unload product cases and totes at the start and end of each route, stacking and strapping freight to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Represent Cirona Labs professionally at every stop.
