About The Position

AmeriGas is hiring a safety-minded, customer-focused Seasonal Delivery Representative to deliver propane to residential, commercial, industrial, and motor-fuel customers. The role involves driving a propane delivery truck on provided local routes, filling bulk tanks, and delivering propane cylinders while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Representatives follow applicable federal and state codes and regulations, as well as AmeriGas safety and operations policies and procedures. The position may require 8- to 12-hour shifts depending on fluctuating business needs. The posting states that applications will be accepted until 11/30/2026 and lists compensation of $33.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for performance-based bonuses or commissions depending on the position.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willingness to work 8- to 12-hour shifts depending on fluctuating needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes.
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial and industrial customers.
• Perform daily duties safely in accordance with federal and state codes and regulations and AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Consistently use required personal protective equipment.
