About The Position

The Delivery Merchandiser, Home Market is part of CCCI’s Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system and may be assigned to a Tel-Sell or Sideload/CooLift/OFS route. This physical, fast-paced role is responsible for efficiently delivering, unloading, and merchandising products at customer locations according to CCCI and customer standards. Work includes stocking and facing products on shelves, displays, and in coolers.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Self-motivated, with a high degree of integrity and the ability to perform duties on time with minimal supervision.
Dependability, initiative, a professional demeanor, and sound judgment, as reflected in past job performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving continuous lifting.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds of product repetitively.
Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain a CDL permit and pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements.

Nice To Haves

Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, product stocking or merchandising, or retail management experience.
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Responsibilities

Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate products in assigned accounts according to CCCI and customer standards, including filling shelves and coolers, stocking displays, rotating products, and removing out-of-date or damaged products.
Organize and maintain back rooms by stacking and arranging products neatly in designated areas.
Maintain a neat appearance of CCCI equipment and products in assigned accounts.
Build relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
Maintain a safe working environment and follow CCCI quality assurance standards at every account.
Ensure proper daily accounting of product, cash, and assets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
