About The Position

ABC Supply is hiring a Delivery Material Handler/Roof Loader to help safely and accurately deliver building materials from the warehouse to job sites. The role involves loading and unloading delivery vehicles, supporting rooftop deliveries, and unloading and staging products at customer locations. Rooftop delivery work requires physically working on rooftops. The employee may also provide warehouse support and deliver products in vehicles that do not require a commercial driver’s license. The position requires consistent lifting and physical activity throughout the shift, along with adherence to safety policies and use of required protective equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout the complete shift.
• Ability and willingness to work on rooftops.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
• Adhere to all safety policies, including wearing a safety harness and other required equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Assist with loading products onto rooftops.
• Assist in maneuvering delivery vehicles.
• Deliver products in vehicles that do not require a CDL.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Double-check loads for accuracy and ensure products are secured for delivery.
• Provide warehouse support as needed.
• Assist with delivering materials to customers or job sites, including unloading and staging products as assigned.
• Perform all duties safely.
