NIIT is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager focused on Learning Operations, Technical Training, and Leadership Development. This full-time role involves managing and enhancing learning operations, with particular emphasis on designing and delivering leadership programs. The ideal candidate has strong Learning & Development experience and can create impactful educational programs that support organizational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12 to 14 years of experience.
• Experience in a multicultural work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Business, HR, or Project Management preferred.
• Certification in Project Management, such as PMP, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the team, including setting and reviewing goals, KPAs, and targets.
• Coordinate with company headquarters to align with global processes and adapt them to client requirements.
• Oversee the daily operations of onsite learning initiatives, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance program delivery and participant engagement.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage logistics to support learning and development activities.
• Deliver on KPAs including client satisfaction, business growth, financial results, and staff satisfaction.
• Lead the planning and execution of L&D projects from inception to completion.
• Define project objectives, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
