About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Lead to drive an end-to-end SAP Apparel, Footwear & Softgoods (AFS) transformation programme. This senior leadership role is accountable for delivering a complex, multi-workstream SAP AFS implementation — spanning business process redesign, system configuration, organisational change, and post go-live stabilisation. The successful candidate will act as the primary interface between executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and the delivery team.

Requirements

• Experienced SAP Project Lead
• Experience with SAP Apparel, Footwear & Softgoods (AFS) transformation programmes
• Experience in business process redesign, system configuration, organisational change, and post go-live stabilisation
• Experience acting as the primary interface between executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and the delivery team
• Experience creating and managing transformation roadmaps/project plans for ECC and ECC AFS to SAP S/4 Transformation
• Experience executing Hybrid Agile Methodology
• Experience refining and implementing project-related standards, templates, and procedures
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to understand current state, future state landscape, organizational, master data and business processes and requirements
• Experience leading the development of functional specification activities and interfacing with Development teams

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a transformation roadmap / Project plan for ECC and ECC AFS to SAP S/4 Transformation, considering the Business priorities
• Execution of the Team Plans and schedules, reporting issues, and progress to the Steering Committee.
• Execute project in Hybrid Agile Methodology.
• Refine and implement project-related standards, templates, and procedures. Ensure training of Team staff on the use of tools, templates, procedures, and standards as part of the Deployment Effort
• Lead cross-functional teams to understand current state, future state landscape, organizational, master data and business processes and requirements.
• Lead the development of functional specification activities and interface effectively with the Development teams to translate Functional Specification documentation into Technical Specifications and the development of technical designs.
