This Delivery Manager role is crucial for maintaining coherence across these pods, ensuring ceremonies are efficient, dependencies are identified early, teams are unblocked, and both teams and leadership are accurately informed. The role requires precision in execution, focusing on ensuring the right work is sequenced correctly across three teams with distinct rhythms and technical contexts. The Delivery Manager will serve as the operational backbone of this strategically important initiative. The ideal candidate will possess deep Scrum mastery, experience in cross-team delivery, and the professional maturity to effectively engage with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. TripArc utilizes AI-powered products and an AI-assisted delivery workflow, and the Delivery Manager is expected to be a strong advocate for both. This includes understanding how AI tools like Claude impact team velocity and quality, and establishing effective quality gates, review practices, and coaching in that context. Familiarity with Claude is expected, and candidates with experience leading delivery for AI-assisted engineering teams and building operational frameworks around such experience will be highly regarded.
