About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex digital transformation programs in healthcare and public sector environments. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery across large-scale technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale, complex digital transformation programs
• Strong background delivering technology programs within public sector and/or healthcare environments
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams including vendors, partners, and external delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of program delivery practices, including planning, budgeting, financial management, risk/issue management, and executive reporting
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and senior leadership to provide clear communication, escalation management, and decision support
• Experience delivering programs using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, with oversight across multiple delivery streams
• Familiarity with Azure-based programs, cloud technologies, data platforms, and interoperability initiatives, including exposure to FHIR standards

• Experience with health system transformation or digital health programs are considered assets.
• Exposure to FHIR/interoperability initiatives and vendor management, contract delivery in public sector contexts is considered strong assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex digital transformation programs across multiple workstreams and teams
• Coordinate delivery across data, integration, application, infrastructure, and vendor-led initiatives
• Manage program planning, delivery schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and executive reporting
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including internal teams, partners, and vendors
• Work closely with executive stakeholders to provide clear status updates, escalation management, and decision support
• Drive alignment between business objectives, operational priorities, and technical delivery outcomes
• Support delivery within Agile and hybrid project environments, ensuring coordination across multiple squads and delivery streams
• Navigate complex governance structures and stakeholder environments within healthcare and public sector organizations
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across delivery teams
• Ensure program outcomes are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget expectations
