About The Position

The Summer 2027 Delivery Management Undergraduate Internship provides students with practical, hands-on experience supporting strategic initiatives within Highmark Health's Delivery Management organization. Interns work alongside experienced Project Managers and cross-functional business partners to support projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through execution, monitoring, and delivery. The role offers exposure to project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, project execution, and the role of project management in organizational transformation, operational excellence, and Highmark Health's Living Health strategy. The program provides hands-on training and real-world experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance.
